Leopold sits at the gateway to the Bellarine, between Geelong and the peninsula, and over the past decade it has filled out with new housing estates. That gives us two quite different kinds of fencing job here: first fences on new estate blocks, and replacements on the older homes around the central shopping precinct and closer to the Bellarine Highway.

A new estate home usually needs every boundary fenced from scratch, often with the neighbour sharing the dividing fence, and the materials should last well past the builder's warranty. Most owners go Colorbond: it's clean, it suits the newer house designs, and the colour range lets you match the roof or trim. If you'd rather a traditional look, we supply and install hardwood timber paling fences in standard, lapped and feature designs.

In the older streets, the palings that went up with the house may be 20 or 30 years old by now: warped, leaning and past their useful life. We replace whole fences and repair sections, always with poured concrete footings, galvanised fittings and Bugle Batten screws, so the new fence outlasts the old one by a long way. Leopold is on our route between Geelong and our Drysdale base, so we're through here often.
